Complainant Seema Gupta, whose husband died on 15 May 2024, was present in the Janta Darshan program of the District Magistrate. Her husband had taken a loan of Rs. 15.50 lakh from DCB, which was insured by ICICI Lombard, but after the death of her husband the bank stopped paying the instalments and the insurance company refused to give the bank loan, on which DM directed the bank manager of DCB Pvt. Ltd. to be present and directed him to resolve the woman’s problem. As the bank manager did not take the woman’s case seriously and did not resolve the woman’s problem, DM directed to issue RC of the concerned bank manager. On 9th June, District Administration issued RC of Rs. 1705000 of the concerned bank manager and directed him to deposit the RC by 16th June.
