SGRR University’s yoga student Uttam Agrahari has created a national record in Tadasana.
॥ He achieved this feat by standing continuously in the same posture of Tadasana for 3 hours and 3 minutes.
॥ National record has been registered in India Book of Records.

Dehradun: Uttam Agrahari, a student of School of Yogic Science and Naturopathy of Shri Guru Ram Rai University, has created a national record. He achieved this feat by standing continuously in the same posture of Tadasana for 3 hours and 3 minutes on Tuesday morning. This record of Uttam has been registered in India Book of Records. The national record was recorded in the presence of India Book of Records representative Dr. Shweta Jha. Honorable President of Shri Guru Ram Rai University Srimahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj, Vice Chancellor Dr. (Prof.) Kumud Saklani and Registrar Dr. Lokesh Gambhir congratulated and wished Uttam Agrahari on this achievement.
India Book of Records is the sister organization of Asia Book of Records. 48 Asian countries are members of Asia Book of Records. The head office of Asia Book of Records is in Vietnam. Uttam has worked to propagate the importance of Yoga in the country and abroad through his Yoga Sadhana.
