*Dehradun: SSP Ajay Singh himself came on the roads to take stock of the traffic system of the city*
*Inspected Rispana Bridge, Jogiwala, Haridwar Bypass Road under the city area and assessed the reasons for traffic pressure*
*In view of the traffic pressure on Haridwar Road, instructions were given to close Kailash Hospital Cut and Govind Hospital Cut*
*Only 02 wheelers will be allowed from Kailash Hospital Cut, all the remaining vehicles entering the city will take a U-turn from under the Mohkampur flyover towards the city.*
For the convenience of some people, it became necessary to close the said cuts due to the need of time and excessive number of vehicles so that the traffic on the highway is not disrupted: – SSP Ajay Singh Dehradun.*
On the occasion of Rakshabandhan, in view of the sudden increase in traffic pressure on various routes of the city, today on 20-08-2024, SSP Dehradun inspected various routes in the city area, during the inspection, Rispana to Mohkampur flyover on Haridwar road In view of the unnecessary increase in traffic pressure due to the vehicles coming from the opposite direction stopping on the said route while the vehicles go to the other lane or take a U-turn from the various cuts made between Rispana and the flyover, instructions were given by the SSP Dehradun to close the cuts made at some places to reduce the traffic pressure between Rispana and the flyover.
On which the cut made in front of Kailash Hospital and the cut near Govind Hospital have been closed by the police. Only 02 wheelers will be allowed to go from the Kailash Hospital cut.
All the vehicles going from Kailash Hospital which have to enter the city will enter the city by taking a U-turn from under the Mohkampur flyover.
