*Route Plan in view of the Uttarakhand Government’s “Char Saal Bemisaal” (Four Exceptional Years) program, scheduled to be held at the Parade Ground, Dehradun, on March 23, 2026.*
* Route for vehicles arriving from Mussoorie/Rajpur Road:*
From Mussoorie Diversion via Great Value, Behal Chowk, and Survey Chowk; drop-off at Convent T-point, followed by parking at Bannu School.
*Pickup Point:* IRDT (near Survey Chowk)
* Route for vehicles arriving from Vikasnagar/Chakrata:*
From Ballupur Chowk via Kishan Nagar Chowk, Bindal, Ghanta Ghar (Clock Tower), and Darshan Lal Chowk; drop-off at Lansdowne Chowk, followed by parking at Bannu School. *Pickup Point:* Kanak Chowk
* Route for vehicles arriving from Roorkee/ISBT:*
From ISBT via Kargi Chowk, Old Bypass Check Post, and Dharampur; drop-off at Buddha Chowk, followed by parking at the Race Course parking site.

* Route for vehicles arriving from Raipur:*
From Chuna Bhatta; drop-off at IRDT (near Survey Chowk), followed by parking at Bannu School via EC Road.

* Route for vehicles arriving from Doiwala:*
From Rispana via Dharampur, CMI, and Buddha Chowk; drop-off at Lansdowne Chowk, followed by one-sided parking at Lansdowne Chowk.

* Route for vehicles arriving from Raipur/Sahastradhara Road:*
From Sahastradhara Crossing via Survey Chowk; drop-off at Convent T-point, followed by parking at the Race Course/Bannu School parking site. *Pickup Point:* Convent T-junction
*Diversion Arrangements for Vikram Auto-rickshaws:*
1. All Vikram auto-rickshaws on Route No. 02 (Raipur Route) will be turned back from Sahastradhara Crossing.
2. All Vikram auto-rickshaws on Route No. 03 (Dharampur Route) will be diverted from Tehsil Chowk towards Doon Chowk and then towards MKP Chowk.
3. All Vikram auto-rickshaws on Route No. 05 (ISBT Route) and Route No. 08 (Kaonli Route) will be turned back from the Railway Gate.
4. All Vikram auto-rickshaws on the Premnagar Route will be turned back from Prabhat Cut.
5. Vikram auto-rickshaws on the Rajpur Route will be diverted from Globe Chowk, via Pacific T-junction and Beni Bazaar, back onto Rajpur Road.
*Diversion Arrangements for City Buses:*
1. City buses traveling from ISBT towards Rajpur Road will proceed from Darshan Lal Chowk, via the Clock Tower (Ghanta Ghar), towards Rajpur.
2. City buses arriving from the direction of Rispana will be diverted back from Tehsil Chowk, via Doon Chowk and MKP Chowk, towards Araghar.
3. City buses arriving from Raipur Road will be diverted from Sahastradhara Crossing, via Sahastradhara Road and IT Park, towards Rajpur Road and the Clock Tower. *Parking Areas for Buses:*
1- Gurudwara Ground, Race Course
2- Rangers Ground
3- Guru Nanak School Ground
*Parking Areas for Cars and Two-wheelers:*
1- Rangers Ground
2- Kabul House
3- Sports Ground, Parade Ground
4- Multi-level Parking at Kanak Chowk
5- Dunga House
6- Shrinivas Wedding Point
7- Mangla Devi School Parking
8- On the ramp of the Sports Ground, Parade Ground
*Barrier Arrangements*
To regulate traffic around the Parade Ground, a system of 9 outer and inner barriers will be implemented:
* Outer Barrier Points*
1- EC Road, Survey Chowk
2- Manoj Clinic
3- Buddha Chowk
4- Darshan Lal Chowk
5- Orient Chowk
6- Pacific T-junction
Only VIP and pass-holding vehicles will be permitted to enter, in limited numbers.
* Inner Barrier Points*
1- Rozgar T-junction
2- Kanak Chowk
3- Dunga House
4- Lansdowne Chowk
5- Convent T-junction
*Note:* With the exception of pass-holders and VVIPs, no vehicle shall proceed towards the Parade Ground from the inner barrier points. General citizens are required to walk from the designated drop-off points located outside the Parade Ground and enter the event venue through the entrance situated near the Pavilion Ground/BJP Office.
