*Honoring Service, Dedication, and Courage: Mahtab Ali Appointed Fire Service Second Officer*
Based on his outstanding work in the fire service, exemplary discipline, and long service, *Leading Fireman Mahtab Ali has been promoted to the post of Fire Service Second Officer (FSSO)*. On this occasion, Superintendent of Police Chamoli, Surjeet Singh Panwar, congratulated him and extended his best wishes, placing the second star on his shoulder.
Mahtab Ali joined the service as a Fireman in 1991. Through his dedication, courage, and spirit of service, he was promoted to the post of Leading Fireman in 2005. Now, as a Fire Service Second Officer, he has the opportunity to fulfill greater departmental responsibilities.
