PRSI delegation pays courtesy call on CM and invites him for national convention

*PRSI delegation pays courtesy call to Chief Minister, extends invitation to National Convention to be held in Dehradun*

A delegation from the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), led by Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Naresh Bansal, paid a courtesy call to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today. The Chief Minister was formally invited to the National Public Relations Convention to be held in Dehradun on December 13, 14, and 15. On this occasion, the delegation presented the Chief Minister with a brochure for the convention and provided detailed information about the organization’s activities and objectives.

The delegation informed that the main theme of this year’s convention is “The Role of Public Relations in a Developed India @ 2047.” More than 300 delegates from various states across the country will participate in the convention. In keeping with Uttarakhand’s Silver Jubilee year, special sessions will also be held at the convention, focusing on the state’s development journey, achievements, and future prospects.

Expressing his pleasure at the holding of the national convention in Dehradun, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami stated that public relations play a crucial role in achieving the goal of a developed India @ 2047 set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stated that public relations can play a significant role in effectively branding Uttarakhand’s tourism, culture, and local products. The Chief Minister also emphasized the need to discuss the positive use of social media, continuous communication with the public, prevention of fake news, and the growing influence of AI in the media-public relations sector. Present on the occasion were PRSI Dehradun Chapter President Ravi Bijarnia, Secretary Anil Sati, Treasurer Suresh Bhatt, Convenor Siddharth Bansal, members Vaibhav Goyal, Anil Verma, Ajay Dabral, Sanjay Bhargava, and Priyank Vashisht.
