SSP Dehradun Ajay Singh immediately took cognizance of a viral video of an accident on Rajpur Road. Based on the prima facie evidence of Rajpur SO Shenky Kumar’s misconduct and causing the accident, the Senior Superintendent of Police Dehradun has suspended the Station House Officer of Rajpur Shenky Kumar with immediate effect.
Based on the application received in this case, Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh has ordered the registration of a case against the concerned person.
Sub-Inspector Deepak Dhariwal, Station House Officer of Kalsi, has been appointed as Station House Officer of Rajpur.
In the above case, Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh has directed SP City Dehradun Pramod Kumar to conduct a medical examination of the SO or other people involved and take action as per the rules and investigate the case thoroughly by taking CCTV footage, photography and videography of the entire incident.
