Today on 03-06-2025 Abhishek Bartwal son Santosh Kumar resident Tilwadi Police Station Selaqui Dehradun gave a complaint that today on 03-06-2025 late night when he was with his friends in vehicle number UK07 FZ 0707 Bolero at Peepal Chowk Manduwala, one of the two persons who came on a motorcycle fired on our Bolero from the front, the bullet from the said fire hit Rohit’s neck, the injured Rohit was taken to Graphic Era Hospital Jhajra along with his friends where Rohit was declared dead by the doctor. On the basis of Abhishek Bartwal’s complaint, case number- 104/2025 section- 103(1), 3(5) BNS has been registered at Police Station Premnagar, whose investigation is being conducted by U.N. Mohan Singh Police Station Premnagar.
In the preliminary investigation till now, the accused was acquainted with the female friend of the deceased’s friend. At night, when the deceased was at his friend’s house in Nayagaon with his friend and his female friend and other friends, the female friend received a call from the accused and an argument broke out between the accused’s wife and the deceased and his friends. Due to the argument, it has come to light that the accused committed the crime in a fit of rage.
The police is conducting a detailed investigation into all possible aspects of the incident. Action is being taken by forming a team to arrest the accused.
